What is Social Gaming?
The Social Gaming Event is a place where we offer video games and other party games focused on bringing people together! During the evening, the room CABacomben (CAB D21) will be transformed into a relaxing social and gaming atmosphere. Multiple multiplayer game stations are provided. The perfect way to spend time with passionate or casual gamers you already know or meet at the event.
It does not matter how good or inexperienced you are at gaming. The overall goal of the evening is just to have some fun together.
You can either stay from start to finish, or just drop to chat about your favourite game, videogame, lecture, or whatever. And if your're curious about what games you can play at our Event, take a Look at the SG Game Menu, the GECo Steam Account, or bring your own Games to play. And if you need a break, you can allways come to the bar and talk

GECo Game Night & Helpers
GECo in general is looking for people that want to help a bit more, as such we are holding special , where you can meet the organizers who make all of this possible. Attendance is the same as usual, but there will also be some boardgames, and we start at 16:00.

Social Gaming DIY Eddition
To give our new GECo's a safe environment to test organizing the Social Gaming Event, interrested students can gain hands on experience both with organizing social gaming , als well as leading the event (with supervision). Having attended a Social Gaming is not required, and the only thing needed is a drive to try out new things, and wanting to provide a cool space for gamers to come together.
Location
The Social Gaming takes place in the CAB D21 (basement).
The main entrance to the student event rooms is marked by the blue arrow.
Entry to the event is free. House rules of the ETH and VSETH apply.
Bar
Softdrinks and bottled alcoholic beverages are purchasable at the bar at student-friendly prices. Bringing your own Alcohol is frowned upon, and we prefer if you consume Food you bring at the Bar.
