PolyLAN Zürich is back at CHN with another weekend full of non-stop gaming! It will take place over the easter-weekend from April 7th to April 10th. You can get your ticket in our shop.

Just like last year we offer clanrooms. These private rooms offer 15 comfort seats and their own projector. More information can be found here.

After a break of over two years, GECo plans to offer another weekend full of gaming, caffeine and sleep deprivation on April 15th to the 18th! Join the PolyLAN to compete in fun tournaments or just to casually play something with your friends and/or other participants you'll meet there. Everyone is welcome!

For the PolyLAN we need students...

To keep you entertained througout these times, we re-structured or mostly offline board- and video-gaming events to work online. We came up with the following ideas:

• Finding people to play video games with
• A big minecraft server
• Virtual Board Gaming (as a replacement for the Board Game Days)

For that, we created a new Discord server. It should serve as a platform to find gaming buddies, ask questions or make recommendations if you have more ideas how we could keep you entertained. Just join the server and find like-minded people to...

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak, we have to cancel all our events for this semester.
This includes PolyLAN, Board Game Days, Social Gaming Events and PubQuiz.

PolyLAN Easter 2020 is canceled. We will refund the paid tickets as soon as possible.
If you paid with PayPal we will refund you directly on PayPal. Due to PayPal’s handling of refunds, you will receive a slightly lower amount than you paid originally.

We just opened the ticket sale for our smaller autumn PolyLAN.
There are only 152 seats and we already sold quite a few.

Additionally we announced our first University Cup in CS GO.
On the 5th of October we will run a cup between teams of players that study in the same canton.

As every semester there will be a magic tournament organized by the GECo. This semester we decided to to host 2 boosterdrafts with different editions: We will be hosting a Draft with the Editions "Unstable" & "War of the Spark". "Unstable" is a fun edition with cards you can't use in other tournaments.

It is only two weeks till we will enter the vault and start a glorious weekend of gaming at this year’s PolyLAN! We can not wait to welcome you all, but we need some time prepare everything for you. That is why we will close the ticketing process on Sunday, the 14th of April at 23:59! That means you will not be able to buy your ticket after that date!

For the next Boardgamedays we are planning some brandnew special events. We teamed up with the guys from swissRPG to organize a pen and paper roleplaying event. To organize the event we are looking for Game Masters to host one shot campaigns. If you are interested, please put your information in our form, and we will contact you about further steps.

As every semester there will be a magic tournament organized by the GECo. This year we decided to try out something new for our GECo magic event: We will be hosting a 2 Headed Giant (2HG) tournament. For beginners we will also be hosting a normal sealed deck tournament.

Thats it. All events of this academic year are over.
Now you have some time to focus on your studies (and so do we). ;)

But don't be sad, there are more events to come after the exam session!
For the first time this year, we will host a second LAN party this autumn in addition to the next PolyLAN Zürich on the easter weekend. While we can't give you the full details right now because we are still planning, we can tell you that it will be more "relaxed" than the easter LAN. This means that it will be a lot less competitive so there will be no big tournaments. There may be some...
